The Allapattah Live Work Concept

Taking advantage of the live Work Zoning in Allapattah here is a proposal for a courtyard warehouse with a small apartment tower on a corner lot. While there are some who like to separate themselves from their works, we find our creative friends blending to two, and their workspaces become social places which spawn even more creativity.
