Little River Labs

STORY : The Little River Labs was imagined as a temporary/permanent community space for makers in the Little Haiti Warehouse district. Composed of X containers, the proposal was to create flexible spaces, within the constraints of the container. Also to have a quicker erection time by completing the units off site as the foundation and utilities were being prepared on site.
The offices lined a yard which would host the food service and add to the communities menu of places to visit for lunch.
