Designed on a triangular plot in Gables Estates, the house features a single large gable roof that is split to create a series of segmented gardens along Arvida Parkway.
All of the indoor and outdoor living spaces are situated under one roof, which adjusts its transparency or opacity based on the spaces below it.
The base of the building consists of a combination of CMU/CIP clad in coral stone. From this base, an exposed steel and wood skeleton emerges.
The longest roof eave of the home extends to the rear, overlooking the waters of the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserve. The roof provides both public and private outdoor areas, as well as a partially shaded pool.
