CO-WORKING SPACE - LITTLE RIVER

STORY : Renovation of an existing office building. The building’s shell was in good shape a CMU structure with steel columns, and a steel joist with concrete deck floors. Our task at this time was to improve the facades with minimal cost impact.

• The street facing elevation was adjusted to make a clear entry point, and also to bring light into a stairwell.

• The north & west elevations had a long ribbon window added between the column bays to match those existing on the east façade.

• vertical wood louvers were incorporated for shading on the east and west, then carried over to the north to assist with office privacy
