1801 Alton Road

STORY : A renovation to an 1980 Building currently occupied by Chase Bank. Given the prime location of the property on the corner of Dade Blvd & Alton Road this corner gets over 10,000 views a day. With chase still stating in the building, the idea was modify the ground floor but keep it as a bank, the use the façade and upper floors to serve another tenant, as offices or potentially a showroom.

The façade on the SW Corner was to be an LED Mesh. The mesh unlit was to have a art deco pattern in Miami Beach fashion, and night there LEDs would come just like they do all over Miami Beach. Here we have some pitch ideas for Google, Apple Music, Verizon, & Fiji.
